The ingredients needed to make Crispy Chikuwa:
- Make ready 1 Chikuwa
- Prepare 1 Mayonnaise
- Take 1 Panko

Instructions to make Crispy Chikuwa:
- Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise and crosswise. (I used half the portion in the picture to make it easier to follow.)
- Squirt a suitable amount of mayonnaise into the hollows of the chikuwa. (This time I used mentaiko - cod roe and mayonnaise. It was spicy and delicious)
- Sprinkle panko and parsley on top.
- Place parchment paper or aluminum foil in a tray and add Step 3, and bake in a toaster oven until lightly browned. It took 3 minutes in our toaster oven.
