  13. Prepare 1 Cup shredded Romano Cheese
  14. Take 2 Tbs Dried Parsley
  15. Get 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
Steps to make Easy Peasy Lasagna:
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in large pan until brown
  3. Cook sausage until done
  4. Add sausage, tomato sauce and tomato paste and basil to the above pan
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
  6. In the mean time, beat eggs, ricotta, parsley, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup Romano in medium bowl, set aside
  7. One meat mixture is done, line 13x9x2 baking dish with a thin layer of meat mixture
  8. Add a layer of Lasagna noodles side by side w/o overlapping/touching (you may have to break noodle to fit)
  9. Add 1/2 ricotta mixture -spread evenly
  10. Add 1/2 meat mixture- spread evenly
  11. Add 1/2 Mozzarella- spread evenly
  12. Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, meat and mozzarella)
  13. Sprinkle the remaining Romano over top
  14. Cover loosely with foil
  15. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  16. Remove foil
  17. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes
