  1. Brown and drain hamburger in large sauce pan
  2. Add tomato sauce and all spices
  3. Simmer for 1-2 hours (Remove Bay leaves after simmering for 1 hour, stirring occasionally) Do Not forget to remove the Bay leaves!!!!
  4. In a large bowl; mix Mozzarella, cheddar, & parmesan
  5. In a separate bowl; mix 1 Egg, Ricotta cheese, & Ranch seasoning
  6. In a 9X13 baking dish… Spread a little sauce on the bottom to prevent sticking…
  7. Spread noodles across the dish
  8. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles
  9. Add sauce evenly across noodles and add mozzarella, cheddar, & parmesan mix
  10. Repeat until all noodles, cheese, & sauce are gone… topping with shredded cheese
  11. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes if sauce is still warm. Bake for 45 min- 1 hour if sauce is cold…
