  2. Take 1 ltr full fat milk
  3. Take Sugar
  4. Make ready As required pistachio
  5. Take As required almond
  6. Get As required cashews
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp rice flour or corn starch

This is mango ice cream recipe which is made with rabri. Kulfi is and Indian frozen dessert. It is close to Ice Cream but denser as it is made of full fat milk and cream. Make Rabri (kulfi liquid) Stuff the mango with the rabri and freeze..

Instructions to make Stuffed mango kulfi:
  1. Take one pan and boil full fat milk. Boiled it continually till it become thicker.. and add 1/2 tsp of rice flour.
  2. And than add sugar, once again stire the milk… And than add the cut pistachio, cut almonds and cut cashews.. stir till it become thicker.. rabdi is ready.. you can see this in below image.
  3. And other side take two mango 🥭 and remove the seed with the help of knife without cutting and peeling.. cut the mangoes as shown in below image.and put it in to the glass or bowl.
  4. Now place the mangoes in bowl and than filling the rabdi into the cut mangoes. And cover mangoes.And freezes 🥶 it about overnight or 8 hours.
  5. After 8 hour remove the mango from freezer.. and peel the skin of mangoes. Cut the mango into slice and sprinkle the some almonds and pistachios.
