- Put ur pot on a stove, add the remaining milk and start stirring on a low heat… Few mins later, add the sugar and dissolve.
- While still stirring, add the custard bit by bit and stir to combine.. add the vanilla essence as well. The custard has vanilla flavour already so u can skip it.All this will take about 7- 8 mins… The milk will reduce a little. Stir constantly on low heat to avoid lumps.
- Take off heat and cool. Then transfer into a blender and whip for 2-3mins.. if u don't have a blender, u can use a whisk. Transfer into a bowl and freeze for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, pour into the blender or a bowl and whisk for 3- 5mins. I used whisk the second time.
- Transfer into ur bowl and freeze. Bring out when frozen and Enjoy 👌.
