  1. Mix all the ingredients together one, after the other, after sieving the all-purpose flour and beating the eggs separately.Please note that I did not add the flour in batches but added everything together.
  2. Butter to be maintained at Room temperature before incorporating to the mixture.
  3. Pre heat the oven at 165 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes/ Until done. Please note that as this is a cookie Pie/ it will not be soft as cake/ neither hard as Biscuits..:)
  4. Divide the whipping cream in portions adding the food color and decorate the same to look like a Watermelon. I did not use any nozzles and went with very basic decoration techniques. Garnish with choco chips. This can be served as is, along with a scoop of ice cream
