  4. When it thickens and becomes reduced, add the compound chocolate and essence.
  5. Once the chocolate melts, transfer them to a mixing jar.
  6. Mix them with a bit of butter in the jar. (Butter emulsifies it and gives a tasty ice cream, but you can skip it for a more healthy ice cream) for 1 min.
  7. Transfer them to your preferable container and freeze them for 3 - 4 hours.
  8. After 4 hours, take the ice cream out and scoop them and add them in mixer, mix them again for 2 min.
  9. Transfer them to the container and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Your ice cream is ready. Enjoy !
