  1. In a clean large bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and powdered milk together
  2. Add the butter, then add water bit by bit nd continue to mix until dough is formed. Knead d dough until it's well incorporated. Leave it for about 30 mins
  3. In a sauce pan, add vegetable oil, diced onions, I also add spring onions, minced garlic, ginger, nd also scotch bonnet. Add in the minced meat nd stir until well cooked. Then add your seasoning and spices dat's stock cubes, pinch of salt, curry powder nd any other seasonings nd spices. Add in little water to the meat nd allowed it to cooked for 4 mins
  4. Cut a small portion of the dough, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a flat surface. Scoop 2 table spoon of the sauce into the roll out dough nd cover it. You can use fork to design the edges of the meat pie.
  5. Repeated the process for the remaining dough nd set it up in an oven tray. Break 1 egg in a small bowl nd whisk together nd brush the egg wash over the all meat pies.
  6. Preheat the oven to about 200 degree celcius. Place the oven tray inside the oven nd bake for lyk 15 mins till the meat pies colour turns to golden yellow.
