  1. Take 2 large plantains
  2. Get Gizzard
  3. Get Scotch bonnet
  4. Prepare Green bell pepper

This is one of those recipes "invented" from excesses or in order to reduce food wastage. If you've read through my older posts, you'll know that I love plantains…. a lot. Steps to make Gizdodo:
  1. Peel plantain and dice it and put it to fry until brown and chop onions scotch bonnet and green pepper and keep aside
  2. Wash gizzard and bring to boil until soft and chewy
  3. Drain both gizzard and plantain separately
  4. In a walk pan put 2tsb of oil the add your spices then your gizzard shallow fry it then add your plantain
  5. Then. Add your scotch bonnet and green pepper and onions allow to simmer 5mins and that’s it food is ready 🤗

Grains can be wonderful for overcoming a bad mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all wonderful for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These foods can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling famished can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is truly excellent for your mood. You were just waiting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is high in a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
