  2. Prepare 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Spring rolls:
  1. In a large bowl add flour and salt, mix all this dry ingredients. Add water slowly nd make lump free smooth batter (thin batter)
  2. In a non stick frying pan, On medium heat, apply batter with brush, let it cook slightly nd then remove it. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. In a sauce pan add vegetable oil, diced onions, spring onion, minced garlic/ ginger nd also scotch bonnet, add in the minced meat nd stir until well cooked. Then add ur stock cubes, pinch of salt, curry powder nd any other seasoning nd spices. Add in the little water to the meat nd allowed it to cook for 4 mins. Then add ur cabbage nd grated carrots, stir nd also allowed it to cook for 3 mins.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp of the filling into the center of the wrapper. Brush each corner of the wrapper with the flour paste, then bring the two opposite corners of the sides together and, keeping ur finger on those edges, bring the bottom corner toward the middle nd then roll the pastry up tightly towards the top corner. Tock the top edge in and seal it with a little of the flour paste. Repeat with the remaining spring roll wrappers nd filling.
  5. Heat ur frying pan nd fill to a quarter of its depth with ground nut oil. Care fully drop the spring rolls into the hot oil fry for 2- 3 min or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon nd drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Transfer the spring rolls onto a plate nd serve immediately.🥰🥰🥰
