  11. Layer 3: 1/2 bell peppers
  12. Layer 4: 1/2 green onions and tomatoes
  13. Layer 5: 1/2 corn
  14. Layer 6: 1/2 beans
  15. Layer 7: 1/2 dressing mix, spread smoothly
