  3. گھی گرم کر کے پیاز لال کر کے لہسن ادرک اور یخنی سے نکلے لہسن پیاز کا پلپ ڈالکر بھون کر ثابت گرم مصالحہ تیز پتہ بادیان ڈالکر بھونیں
  4. پھر بوٹیاں دہی ڈالکر بھونیں اور بچی ہوئی اور چھنی ہوئی یخنی ڈالکر بھیگے چاول ڈالکر چیک کریں کہ پانی آپکی انگلی کی پور کے پہلے نشان یعنی ایک انچ تک ہے یا نہیں اگر کم ہو تو مزید پانی ڈال لیں اور درمیانی آنچ پر پکنے دیں
  5. تھوڑی تھوڑی دیر بعد چمچہ چلا دیں جب پانی خشک ہو تو ڈھک کر دم پر رکھ دیں پندرہ منٹ بعد پلاو تیار ہے رائتے سلاد کے ساتھ سرو کریں
