- Washed and Soaked rice 1 hr before cooking
- In a pan a heat ghee or oil splutter jeera, cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Add sliced onion saute for 3 mins
- Add soaked rice with green peas mix it properly.
- Add salt, water and garam masala and cooked..when it's half done cover with lid and cooked with own steam
- Water vaporized serve with gravy sabji or raita..taste is yummy ๐
- Note: I made this pulao on pot but you can made this on pressure cooker too with 3-4 whistles on medium to low heat.
