  1. Washed and Soaked rice 1 hr before cooking
  2. In a pan a heat ghee or oil splutter jeera, cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Add sliced onion saute for 3 mins
  3. Add soaked rice with green peas mix it properly.
  4. Add salt, water and garam masala and cooked..when it's half done cover with lid and cooked with own steam
  5. Water vaporized serve with gravy sabji or raita..taste is yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹
  6. Note: I made this pulao on pot but you can made this on pressure cooker too with 3-4 whistles on medium to low heat.
