Steps to make Pulao:
- Wash rice at least three times in cold water. Soak it at least for 15-20 mins.
- Heat ghee and when it's really hot add zeera, and other dry masala.

- Add mint and peas. Cook on a medium heat covered for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now add 2 cups water and pulao masala. Bring it to boil and add rice to it.
- Once it gets one boiled reduce the heat to low and cook it covered.
- If you want the rice to be fluffy spread it on a plate till the steam evaporates.
