  6. Now rice is cooked well.Add orange food colour soaked in milk and also add kewra water.Cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. After 5 minutes put off flame.Leave on dum for more 5 minutes.Pulao is ready to serve. Serve with mutton/chicken curry,raita and salad.Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves.
