  15. Take 3 tbs rice wine vinegar
  16. Get 2 tbs brown sugar
  17. Make ready 1 tsp tomato paste. I use the type in a tube
  18. Take 1 tbs ketchup
  19. Take 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  20. Prepare 2 tsp soy sauce
  21. Take reserved pineapple juice
  22. Take 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Pork:
  1. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Heat deep fat oil to 380f. Dredge pork in cornstarch and put into oil for about 2 minutes, drain.
  2. Just before cooking the vegetables, refry the pork @410f until lightly browned
  3. Mix sauce ingredients
  4. Put some oil in a wok and stir fry garlic until brown; remove
  5. Add green pepper and onions and stir fry until tender-crisp
  6. Add sauce mixture and stir until thickened
  7. Add pork, tomato, pineapple, and heat. Serve over rice
