You decide which one you rather have. When the gizzard is cooked, transfer to a bowl, leave to cool then cut into bite-size cubes. Dodo with the warm, stewed gizzards. Garnish with chopped green bell peppers and diced onions.

Steps to make Gizzard dodo:
  1. Boil the gizzard season with onion,thyme,salt,knorr cubes,then cut and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Slice the plantain sprinkle salt in it,and fry in vegetable oil.slice the carrots,fresh tomatoes and pepper, fry in vegetable oil and pour jn the fried plantain and fried dodo.add salt,curry and knorr cubes and boil at bit.
