Steps to make Wheat kulcha:
  1. Boil water in a pan. In a bowl mix wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Pour boiling water in the bowl. Mix the flour with spatula and let it cool for 10 mins.
  3. At this stage add curd and knead the flour for 10 mins and make a soft dough.
  4. Brush some oil on the dough, cover it with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 30 mins.
  5. Make 3 equal balls, dust one ball in wheat flour and roll it on rolling board. Keep the kulcha thick. Sprinkle kalonji seeds and press it.
  6. Keep the kadai upside down on the gas.. place the kulcha on top of kadai.
  7. Let it cook until bubbles form on top and brush it with butter on it.
  8. Flip the kulcha and let it cook till you see golden brown spots overall. Cook similarly on both side. Repeat the steps for remaining kulcha balls.
