  3. Start taking medium size balls of dough and use a roller pin to roll it in a flat roti shape. Apply oil/ ghee (I used ghee) and sprinkle whole wheat flour. Also set a flat tawa to heat up
  4. Now create layers and roll it in a spiral shape as shown in the picture.
  5. Use flour and start rolling it again until u reach desired thickness.
  6. Place the rolled paratha on hot tawa and let it cook on one side. Then flip and apply oil and let the other side cook. Flip it again and apply oil on this side. Let the other side cook for a minute. Flip again and cook for a minute. Tada.. Your paratha is ready😄
