- Get 2 tbsps Crushed dry Coriander (Kuta sookha Dhaniya)
- Prepare Roasted Cumin (bhuna zeera) : 2 tsps
- Make ready All spices (garam masala) : 2 tsps
- Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
- Prepare Bread slices : 1 large pack
- Take Egg (Andda) : for coating
- Take Bread crumbs : for coating
- Get Water : as required

- Add Chopped Onion (piaz), Chopped green mint (kata podina), chopped green chillies
- Add Chopped fennel (kati saunf), chopped tomatoes, Chopped coriander leaves (kata dhaniya)
- Mix well
- Take bread slice, damp it with water and press to remove extra water
- Fill and fold from corners and lightly press to make round
- Give round shape…(make 50 almost)
- Coat it with egg and then bread crumbs
- Fry it on medium low flame untill golden brown
- Dish out.
