- Assalamualaikum, prepared Nihari masala:take a jar add all spices mentioned by nihari masala's ingredients,then grind the powder,keep aside,heat a ghee in pressure cooker,add sliced of Onion,sauté onion,
- Then add Mutton, roasted the Mutton 5 mins then add ginger/garlic paste,mix well,then add 4 tbsp Homemade Nihari masala,mix it together,
- Then add one liter water,boil the water,then pressure the lid 28 mins,after 28 mins cooked the Mutton,
- Now add roasted wheat flour,add 1 tbsp Nihari masala,mix it,help of water,give it a good smooth paste,
- Then àdd paste in mutton nihari,mix well continuously,5 mins,
- Garnish with finely chopped green chilli, chopped ginger,and barista,and sliced of lemon,now ready to serve.
