- In a food processor add all ingredients except oil and blend properly
- Marinate for 4..5 hours or overnight
- Burn coal and put in middle of qeema and add 1 tsp oil and cover for half an hour
- Heat a tawa.With help of wet hands make a ball and insert on thick skewer and slide on tawa
- Cook on both sides till golden.
- Serve with green coriander chutney and spicy onion salad
