Steps to make Behari Boti Kababs:
- Washed meat and drain all water
- Grind All whole masala.
- Mix all masala Mustard Oil ginger paste and onion mix in meat
- Mix everything very gently for at least 15 min keep it marinated for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
- 2 hour before cooking add papaya paste and popee seeds paste mix well. yoghurt will be mix just before cooking.
