- Take 1 kg Boneless Chicken in cubes
- Make ready 3-4 tbsp Raw papaya paste
- Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take half pack Tikka masala
- Make ready 3-4 tbsp Fresh cream
- Take 2 tbsp Yogurt (water strained)
- Get 1 bunch Cilantro
- Get 1 bunch Mint leaves
- Prepare 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- Take 5-6 Green chillies
- Get 3-4 Garlic cloves
Instructions to make Malai Tikka boti😋:
- Wash and pat dry Boneless chicken cubes.
- Now mix ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, tikka masala & yogurt in it than keep it aside.
- Now Grind Cilantro, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves and cumin seeds to make chutney.
- Now add 2 to 3 tbsp of this chutney in marinated chicken & leave it for half and hour.
- Now if it released water than discard the water, and mix fresh cream in the marination.
- Now leave it for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
- Now sew 4 to 5 of these boties into each skewer & bake it in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 mins on 180°c.
- Flip the skewers after 10 mins.
- It may release water while baking so keep it on the edges of the dish which should be 2 inches deep, so the water will not touch the boti..
- Brush it with the oil and fry or grill before serving.
- Enjoy it with Naan or paratha & green or imli chutney. 😋
