- Wash and dry chicken boti
- Add all the ingredients and mix very well in chicken and keep covered for at least 3_4 hrs in fridge, but over night is best. Than dont add papaya or tendelizer.
- I bbq it on skewers, you can cook on pan also with little oil or butter till chicken full done, but don't over cook it should be soft and juicy, than coal dum. (coal smoke) with ghee or oil on red hot coal.
- For bbq when done on one side and colour changes turn side
- Apply little oil or ghee on them with a brush.
- They are so juicy an delicious melt in mouth. Serve with chutney, salad and paratha or chapattis
