- Take a mutton leg wash it. fork it
- Now add ginger garlic paste raw Papaya
- Mix all above ingredients with hand. apply on leg and leave it overnight in fridge
- After 10-12 hour or a day take a pot add 2 tb spoon oil add marinated leg cook till meat tenderiz(ik do bar palat lain leg ko)
- Now put it on foil dish add vegetable then put it on the oven almost 20 minutes
- Serve with Rus bukhari rice, tomato chattni
