- Get 3 gizzard (cut into pieces)

In a small bowl, combine the ramen flavor packet mixes with the flour and add enough water to liquefy mixture. Pour into pot with gizzards and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions to make Gizzard Cabbage Sauce:
- In a sauce pan, add you marinated gizzard(marinated it with ginger/garlic paste) cook for 5 mins with seasoning. Add the table spoon oil, saute for min, add your grated pepper with 1/4cup water, add the onions and cook for for 2mins. Add the chopped cabbage, green bell pepper and red bell pepper and steam for a mins. And your sauce is ready

In a small bowl, combine the ramen flavor packet mixes with the flour and add enough water to liquefy mixture. Pour into pot with gizzards and season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce/gravy is thickened to taste. If your gizzards haven't already been cleaned, that's your first step. Start by cutting the gizzard in half lengthwise.

Some grains are really wonderful for repelling bad moods. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all good for helping you feel happier. These grains can help you feel full for longer as well, helping you feel better. Feeling hungry can truly make you feel terrible! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.
Green tea is wonderful for moods. You just knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are well aware that it helps you to elevate your moods also!
