- After that, add the mashed papaya and keep stirring it. Next put salt to taste, a pinch of turmeric powder and break a green chilli for flavour.
- When everything is assimilated and oil starts coming out from sides, put a few more curry leaves, stir and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.Eat it with hot rice or roti.
