- Take 3 kg Carrots
- Get 3 kg Milk
- Take 1/2 cup Khoya
- Prepare 5 choti Elaichi (powder)

- Take Dry Fruit (Nuts) as Required
Steps to make Gajer Ka Halwa:
- Rins peel and grated carrots.
- In a pot add carrots and cook it on high flame for 2-3 Minutes.
- Add Milk (boiled)and elaichi powder bring the whole mixtures to a boil then mix it.
- On a medium low flame, uncover, grated carrotes will cook in the milk and milk stars to reduce and evaporate.
- Now cook on high flame and keep on stirring in between.
- When all milk evaporate,add sugher and give it to a good mix.
- Keep stringing and continue to on a high flame.
- Add khoya,ghee and mix well.
- Towards the end add nuts and give it to a good mix.
- Cover and put it on simmer gajjar halwa is ready.
