  3. Add semolina and roast on medium to low flame until colour change and fragrant
  4. Add sugar and orange food colour in a jug and mix it then take bowl add sugar+milk mixture and egg and whisk it
  5. Add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly
  6. Add khoya on cook on high flame until oil comes on surface
  7. Delicious egg halwa is ready to serve with tart
