  1. Heat oil in a pan and temper with the cumin seeds and ginger. Saute for a few seconds. Add the turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
  2. Then add the grated papaya, salt and fresh chilies. Mix everything well and cook, covered on a medium flame.
  3. Keep stirring at intervals and cook till all the moisture is dry. Keep aside to cool.
  4. Add the coriander leaves and gram flour. Mix well and keep aside.
