- Remove skin of bottle gourd and grate it. - Set the gas on medium heat and add ghee in a wide bottom non stick pan. Add in the grated bottle gourd and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the fresh cream and let it cook until it absorbs the cream and ghee starts leaving the sides. Keep stirring at all times
- Add the condensed milk, almond powder and milk powder and mix well. Keep stirring until the ghee starts leaving sides. You will need lot of patience doing this.
