- Mix well for 10 to 15 minutes. There should not be lumps in it.Stir it continuously.
- Add vegetables of your choice if you want to add. I have made without vegetables. It is optional.
- Add salt according to taste
- Now close the lid of the cooker and give 1-2 whistle.
- Sim the gas for 15 more minutes to cook all the ingredients properly.
- Heat ghee and add 1/2 tsp zeera and put it in the ready khichadi.
