- Now heat ghee on non stick pan,add cumin seeds and onion,when onion turn in translucsent in colour add green chilli,hing,turmeric and fennel powder,simmer it for a minute now add already cooked bajra and Rice mixture and mix well
- Now cook it for 4 to 5 minutes in low flame
- Now Bajra and Rice Khichdi is ready to serve,serve hot with ghee, pickle.sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and some chopped corriender over it at time to serve.
