- Heat non-stick tawa..apply 1tsp oil..Pour one laddleful of batter..spread evenly on tawa. Sprinkle one TSP of ghee/oil.
- Cover with lid…..as soon as the lower side of bhadku chilla turns golden brown..flip over..and cook till other side also have golden spots.
- Serve Bhadku Chilla hot with green chutney.
