  3. Heat non-stick tawa..apply 1tsp oil..Pour one laddleful of batter..spread evenly on tawa. Sprinkle one TSP of ghee/oil.
  4. Cover with lid…..as soon as the lower side of bhadku chilla turns golden brown..flip over..and cook till other side also have golden spots.
  5. Serve Bhadku Chilla hot with green chutney.
