  3. On puri press place plastic sheet or whether thin cloth.Take ball size portion from dough..roll in round shape ball..place on plastic sheet as shown.
  4. Cover with another plastic sheet..press lightly.to make Puris.
  5. Now in hot oil deep fry the Bajra -Coriander Puris..till golden brown.on Medium flame.
  6. Remove fried Puris on tissue paper.
  7. As the puri being fried. That time.prepare Hot Coffee in Microwave.
  8. Serve Hot Bajra Puris with Green Chutney.
