To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have semo and ogbono soup using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Semo and ogbono soup:
  1. Make ready Ogbono
  2. Get Ugu
  3. Make ready Dry pepper
  4. Prepare Salt, maggi,dry fish
  5. Get Meat of any choice
  6. Make ready Palm oil,semovita

Ogbono soup might taste bitter if not well cooked. Ogbono unlike other draw soups takes longer to cook. I will make a seperate post on Okro Ogbono soup. Vegetable draw soup is cooked with ground ogbono and ugu (fluted pumpkin) or uziza (hot leaf) vegetable, it can also be cooked with okra, ugu and ogbono.

Steps to make Semo and ogbono soup:
  1. Wash meat and cook with condiments to taste
  2. After 15mins, add your oil,then dry pepper, li salt,allow to cook.
  3. Then in 5mins,add your ogbono,give another 5mins.
  4. Lastly,add the ugu and in 2mins,it's ready.
  5. Then prepare the semo and serve.

I will make a seperate post on Okro Ogbono soup. Vegetable draw soup is cooked with ground ogbono and ugu (fluted pumpkin) or uziza (hot leaf) vegetable, it can also be cooked with okra, ugu and ogbono. This soup makes swallow fufu of any type very easy to eat. Ogbono Soup also known as Draw Soup makes eating Fufu Recipes so easy because of its slimy nature which helps the lumps of fufu slide down. If your kids do not like Okra Soup because of the chunks of Okra, then try Ogbono Soup, they will surely love it.

Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that really help the grey matter in your brain work a lot better. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can really help you battle your depression.

Grains can be excellent for overcoming a bad mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. These grains fill you up better and that can help improve your moods also. Feeling famished can truly make you feel awful! These grains can elevate your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You were simply expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is loaded with a specific amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you become so much healthier. Now you know that applies to your mood too!
