- Mix bajra,rice and besan flour together in a mixing bowl. Add all dry ingredients like turmeric powder, salt, ajwain, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder and asafoetida. Mix well.
- Now add finely chopped methi, chilli garlic paste, coriander and curd. Mix all ingredients together well.
- Add water to make the consistency like dosa batter. Heat the non stick pan or tava on low medium flame. Sprinkle some oil.
- Pour ladle of batter to the heated tava. Spread it evenly by using the ladle. Cover it with lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes remove the lid, apply some oil and flip it. Cook the other side till you get light brown spots on dhirde.
- Serve hot with curd, ghee or pickle.
