  1. Take 2 cup bajra flour
  2. Take as needed warm water
  3. Get 3/4 teaspoon salt
  4. Prepare 5 tsp Desi ghee
Instructions to make Bajra Rotla:
  1. Take flour in a bowl and mix salt into it. With the help of warm water make soft dough out of it. Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes to make very soft rotis. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  2. Take one portion of dough and roll it into dry flour then put it on a flat surface. With the help of your hand make roti by patting it slowly. You can even roll it with the help of a rolling pin. Now slowly transfer the prepared roti to a medium hot pan.
  3. When it is a bit cooked on one side flip it over. When it is nicely done on the bottom side again flip it over and press it lightly with a clean cloth so that it will pop up like a balloon Or it can be even roasted on the naked flame.
  4. Put it on wire and apply some ghee to it. Prepare all the roti in the same manner.
  5. Bajra rotla/ roti can be served with baingan ka bharta or any other vegetable of your choice.
