- Prepare 4-5 cups semovita
- Prepare 250 g margerine/butter
- Get 1 cup sugar
- Get 4-5 large eggs

Research has discovered that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
