  10. Take 1 .cardemom.(chhoti illaichi)
  11. Make ready to taste Salt
  12. Make ready Red chilli powder. 1_1/2 tsp
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup ghee. 1/4 cup oil
  14. Take 1/2 cup Total(use both or any one. Bt more tasty in ghee
  15. Prepare 4 medium tomatoes chop

Steps to make Palak ghost. (Mutton spinach):
  1. Put ghee in pan.Add onions.when onion r transparent, add illaichi(cardamom).fresh garlic and fenugreek(hara lasan aur kusuri methi). Stir till onions golden brown. Add Mutton.
  2. Stir continously well. (Achi tarha bhune).add tomatoes. Cover the pan. Put on slow flame for 5 min:
  3. When tomatoes r half done add spinach. Stir well.if need, add little water in stirring.
  4. When spinach change the colour and full done,add potatoes and boil lotus root.mix well for few min:than add 2_3 glass of water.
  5. Cover the pan and put on slow flame. Till potatoes tender and medium thick curry is ready.aprox: 10 to 15 min:. Add green chillies and coriander leaves. Put on dum for 5 min:.
  6. Method for boil beh.peel and cut in this shape. Put in pan with lot of water. Aprox: it takes 30_35 min: to boil. Add salt in end when they tender completely. Drain extra Water.
  7. Desi meal..
