Steps to make Chili:
- Add meat into a large pot with garlic. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on medium heat until meat turned brown.
- Dry off extra fat, and add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Stir well, cover and lower heat to low.
- Let cook for an hour, stur occasionally. If it gets too dry, add another 1/2 cup of water
- After the hour, place masa in a bowl with a 1/2 cup of water and mix with fork. Add mixture to chili, and stur well. Add more masa to taste.
- Add beans, stir and let sit on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese
