The ingredients needed to make Grilled Butt Nuggets:
  1. Prepare 1 lb steak (use as many pounds as desired)
  2. Prepare 1 packages McCormick - Grill Mates "Montreal Steak" seasoning
  3. Take 1 Jalapenos (sliced)
  4. Take 1 bacon (sliced in half)
  5. Prepare 1 worcestershire sauce
Instructions to make Grilled Butt Nuggets:
  1. Cut the steak into one inch cubes. Season with some of the Montreal Steak Seasoning. (One pound will yield approximately 40 cubes)
  2. Slice the jalapenos to desired size (approximately 1 inch)
  3. Cut the bacon in half.
  4. Take one cube of steak and one jalapeno. Wrap one (half piece) bacon around the meat/jalapeno.
  5. Take a toothpick and secure the wrapped bacon.
  6. Place all of the nuggets into a container. Sprinkle generous amount of Montreal Steak seasoning on the nuggets.
  7. Take Worcestershire sauce and generously apply to all nuggets. (I normally use a whole bottle… but this is just me).
  8. You will notice two separate sections. I always make some nuggets, without the jalapenos, for the kids.
