  2. Take 1 mango..(1/2mashed and 1/2 in chunks)
  3. Take 1 ltr milk
  4. Take 1/4 cup sugar (as per taste)
  5. Get as needed chopped nuts (cashews, almond and pista)
  6. Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. Get For tart shell—
  8. Take 1 cup biscuit powder
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp mango puri
  10. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)

But make sure the chunks aren't too big because the tart shell won't hold shape otherwise. Now, we need to make the mango shrikhand for the final dish. For the same, add hung curd in a bowl along with mango pulp, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Your thick and creamy mango shrikhand is ready.

Steps to make Mango Rabri in mango tart shell:
  1. Take 1ltr milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Keep stirring the milk…And collect the malai in side that is formed on the surface.
  3. Allow the milk to boil on medium flame by continue with the same procedure..Until milk reduces to 1/3 or it gets thick in consistency.
  4. Scrap the malai from the edges and mix in milk.
  5. Add sugar and mix..Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  6. Turn the flame off..And mix mashed mango and mango chunks.
  7. For tart shell–..Take some biscuit in a mixing jar and blend them to make a fine powder.
  8. Take it out in a bowl…Add 1tbsp ghee,1tbsp mango puri and knead a dough.
  9. Add 1tbsp all purpose flour..And again knead for a min.
  10. Divide it into 6 equal parts..And place in greased shell moulds by shaping up.
  11. Keep it in preheated microwave oven on 180°for 15 to 20 min.

For the same, add hung curd in a bowl along with mango pulp, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Your thick and creamy mango shrikhand is ready. Take out the tart and apply mango shrikhand on it and apply evenly. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs but don't smooth down. Starting with the longest strips of mango, place the slices around the edge of the tart.
