  3. Meanwhile put on pan 2 cup water and put jaggery for making jaggery syrup.
  4. Now in bajra half of jaggery add it and mix it nicely.
  5. Then take Appam Patra and put bajra mixture in the cavity and give the shape of tart and leave it for 10 minutes.
  6. Now take pan boil milk and add seasme seeds and make it for 2 minutes then add jaggery syrup, dessicated coconut and mix it nicely.
  7. Then after become thicken the seasme seeds halwa is ready.
  8. Now in tart halwa put seasme seeds halwa and served it.
