- Firstly dry roast bajra on slow flame, when bajra become golden brown and crunchy, switch off the flame.
- Now dry roast seasme seeds light golden brown and crunchy.
- Meanwhile put on pan 2 cup water and put jaggery for making jaggery syrup.
- Now in bajra half of jaggery add it and mix it nicely.
- Then take Appam Patra and put bajra mixture in the cavity and give the shape of tart and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Now take pan boil milk and add seasme seeds and make it for 2 minutes then add jaggery syrup, dessicated coconut and mix it nicely.
- Then after become thicken the seasme seeds halwa is ready.
- Now in tart halwa put seasme seeds halwa and served it.
