I thought that a splendid plan! My sausage recipe departed from the one I linked to - I used white wine and left out the paprika. I probably used more black pepper and garlic, too. Anyway, I added ground beef half and half with the sausage and went with the Pioneer Woman's meatloaf recipe.

Steps to make My mmm. Meatloaf:
  1. Put meat in bowl add egg ,milk ,green pepper ,onion ,crushed chips ,garlic and seasoning mix well
  2. Grease a glass dish put in oven 350 till done all the way through
  3. Drain greese as it forms half way through coat top with catsup and mmm mmm good

I probably used more black pepper and garlic, too. Anyway, I added ground beef half and half with the sausage and went with the Pioneer Woman's meatloaf recipe. I have to thank my Mom for this one.
