- Also add a cup of grated carrot and mix lightly.
- Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder together.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix lightly.The batter is slightly thick in consistently.
- Line a muffin tray with cup cake liners.
- Pour batter to each mould upto 2/3rd.
- Bake them in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C. for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted come out clean.
