- Firstly cut the cauliflower and grate the cauliflower pieces using a fine grater.
- To a grated cauliflower add chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Then make medium sized ball from chapathi dough and roll it into small circle with a rolling pin.
- Place the prepared stuffing in the center. take the edge and start pleating bringing to center. Further, sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.
- On a hot tawa place the paratha and cook both sides.
- Then add oil / ghee and press slightly.
- Finally, serve hot gobhi parathas with Amul butter, sauce, raita or pickle.
