- In a bowl mix together wheat flour,salt.add water little by little and mix.
- Knead to from a smooth and soft dough.
- Cover and let the dough for ½hour.
- Mix the grated cauliflower along with coriander powder, chopped green chillie,carom seeds,chopped ginger,red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make equal sized balls out of the dough.
- To dust use wheat flour and roll them to think small circles.put 1tbsp mixture into it and close it from the eadges.
