- First we make a dough for paratha take a vessel add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds and oil mix all the things very well
- Add water and make semi soft dough
- Now grate cauliflower
- Add all the spices, red chilli powder, onion Green chilli, salt, dry mango powder, coriander, coriander powder and mix all the spices very well
- Now take a small portion of dough and make a small roti stuff the cauliflower stuffing in between and make a ball again
- Roll it with rolling pin not too thin and roast it on tawa with butter or ghee
- Serve with chutney of your choice or even we can have it as it is.
